Since arriving at Master’s, she’s grown in her love for the local church. She’s seen what it looks like to enjoy vibrant personal study of God’s Word. And, she’s developed an interest in the classical liberal arts, going so far as to add the program as a second major.
He was initially drawn to Master’s for its culture and commitment to biblical principles. “First and foremost, I love the emphasis on the gospel and on Jesus Christ,” he said. “The love for people and the love for others is reflected throughout the campus.”
Due to generous donors who support the University, the Bible department was able to gift me with the Pastor-Teacher Scholarship this year.
Resident Assistant (RA) of Dixon Hall, Danielle actively involved herself in campus life and in the lives of her fellow students.
Enoria Lee grew up in China. While she always hoped to study at a conservatory during her college years, she never thought she would attend a small university in Santa Clarita, California.
She sometimes scans through a pleasant bank of ӣӰ memories: She’s had great mentors, she’s made lifelong friends, she’s grown in her desire for God’s Word, and she’s been an NAIA All-American.

“When arrogance comes, then comes disgrace, But with the meek is wisdom.” Proverbs 11:2 LSB
Last semester, pastor, author, and seminary Dr. Joel Beeke preached to ӣӰ students during chapel on the importance of humility in our walk with God. With a heart of humility, love and ...Christ-likeness abound.
Chapel is a vital part of The Master’s University, complementing a student’s academic and spiritual experience, and providing the campus community with a dynamic worship experience. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, students, faculty, and staff gather for a time centered on the expositional preaching of Scripture. Speakers include pastors, missionaries, faculty members, Christian leaders, and students. Along with chapel, ӣӰ students get to experience student life, academics, athletics, and preparation for professional excellence – all uncompromisingly committed to Christ and to the sufficiency, inerrancy, and authority of Scripture. Our graduates consistently rate faculty interactions and relationships as something they valued most about attending The Master’s University.
At ӣӰ, the instruction extends beyond the classroom and into each student’s individual walk with the Lord. Our Professors do not see students ...as a number, a research opportunity for their next book, or the responsibility of the department of student life. Instead, they see students as souls who they can pour into, both with deepening their knowledge of their academic fields as well as setting an example of integrity and love for Christ & Scripture, teaching them how to glorify God in every stage and setting of life.

"Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father."

“The best cultural critics should be Christians.”- Dr. Grant Horner, Founder & Director of the Master’s University in Italy
Why does a Professor of English, Renaissance, and Reformation claim that Christians should be sharp cultural critics? The answer is that we have the ...truth found in God’s Word, through which we can see reality as God designed it in every area - including history, philosophy, and the arts.
At The Master’s University in Italy, we do exactly that. ӣӰ Italy provides a unique and deeply biblical approach to intellectual history, grounded in the study of the European Renaissance and Reformation in the home of many of the most important art museums in the world. Students live in Florence for six weeks in the summer and earn nine undergraduate credits in a variety of courses, all while fully immersed in Italian culture and Renaissance history. Because of our absolute commitment to truth found in the Scripture and in Christ, we are able to guide students in answering the dual questions of “quid est homo?” (“what is Man?”) asked by the Italian Renaissance Christian Humanist scholars, and the related biblical question “what is man that Thou art mindful of him?” (Psalm 8).
